Well......me out of patience.
No forum knife for me. This is beginning to feel like the digging up of Al Capone's tomb.

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

I'd rather have 154CM over S30V myself.
A Purple FRN Native 4 would be cool.

+1 on stretch. I've checked this thread daily, many days multiple times. It is past ridiculous. Why, oh why, TK, are you dragging this out so? Negotiating pricing? Some sort of logistical problem in manufacturing? Waiting to see if prices on purple FRN will drop alongside mortgage rates? Conducting some sort of psychological experiment regarding the prolonged effects of uncertainty and anticipation amongst knife aficionados?
Have mercy.

Speaking of waved Natives, I've discovered the Native takes to a zip-tie wave far better than any other Spyderco model I've tried.. something about the position of the hole on the blade and distance from the edge I'd bet.
So I'd welcome a Native with a real Emerson opener, but something tells me that's a long shot here.
Still, a purple FRN Native would be nice.
I wonder if it's a girly lavender purple, or a nice manly dark purple?
