CS Exclusive Orange Manix 2 LW..

What's the advantage of 90V over 110V? I thought 110V had similar edge retention with better corrosion resistance. I'm not a big fan of safety orange. I love the orange on the HAP40 knives.

I'll probably take a pass on this one, already have a few of these LW's that I don't/haven't even used yet, plus theres just too many other great pieces dropping that I'd rather have. S90V is a great steel though, love my Military and others.

Excellent! an orange, S90V, M2 LW may not be a must-have, but unless the price is a bunch over the S110V version I'm in.

This is starting to sound like a must have for me. Sounds like a good reason to gift my buddy my original Manix 2 and pick up a lightweight version. I love the Manix 2 but it is just too heavy for my personal tastes. A lightweight exclusive sounds right up my alley, and orange and black will make me feel better about missing the orange and black PM2.

Not to say they won't ever have one. The original cs exclusives were orange scales and satin blades then they started introducing black blade models with orange handles so maybe eventually they will have what you want

Very interesting drop but weird timing on the same day as the KW Millie. Lots of s90v on a single day. I will be very interested to see where pricing lands for this one.

The general consensus is that S90v and 110v both have great edge retention and corrosion resistance. 110v has slightly better edge retention than S90v But not by a hole lot. But it is even harder to sharpen. So most folks prefer s90v over s110v if they sharpen the knife themself.
