Love this knife, and it's at the top of my list to obtain.

I have two original Micarta Calypsos, and they were my favorite knives for many years.
I give you a huge HIGH FIVE on that pick "doubleclaw" ;) Few people have truly checked out the original big C-54 Calypso model which spawned all the other great Calypso models which followed it. Not to mention that it's one of the finest Spyderco "IN HOUSE" designs.

I also very much miss that knife in full Spyderedge>> it was like a big Stihl Chainsaw in Spyderedge and slender enough to get into tight places as well. You got my vote on that one and I would also vote for a Micarta handle if it were to come back again.>> but please give us a choice between plain edge and Spyderedge with the GOLDEN Era Classics

Bring back the full size Calypso. If we can't have Micarta with no liners back, how about polished G-10 with no liners?

I have always loved the original full size Calypso, and I even bought the brown redux, but ended up selling it, because the spirit of the original just wasn't there for me. The original was so much lighter and there was much more detail in the fit and finish.
