Enuff leaf is basically a Native blade fixed in a Stretch handle...not a LBK

For my hand the ergos on the Chaparral are much nicer and you get more handle real-estate (including the choil) and the cutting edge is the same size. Yet folded they are the same length, but the chaparral is significantly thinner and a tiny bit shorter

Figured I would post some comparison shots for fun:

Chaparral is king imo

Is the CF knife in these pictures a Chaparrel?

For me the Dragonfly 2 is THE littel big knife. Mine is Superblue of course and used it today to break down a very large cardboard box. Did not feel the need for something bigger. Helped that it was fresh off the EPA and SM.

I question the inclusion of knives like the 3.5 oz Techo in this LBK discussion.
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.

Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.

CF Chaparral yup.

I have a love hate relationship with the Dragonfly. For me at least, the FRN does not hold up in the long term. I think Evil D posted a thread about this recently, but the entire pivot on my Superblue dragonfly moves up and down in use. I am not talking lock rock, literally the entire pivot shifts around.

I love the design, but I would like it a lot more if it had minimal partial liners

That last picture sold it for me then. Been looking for something just a little bigger then the DF but smaller and lighter the my Sage 3.

As for your SB DF I am thinking it might be time for a blade swap into a G10 model.

As far as fixed blades go, I'd call it a LBK

I also love the Dragonfly !!! I got a fewwwwwww :D
I agree it's THE little big knife !!!
Such a knife that only weight 34 grs in FRN, that is awesome ! You can't feel you have it.

I recently acquired a Native 5 FRN and
I was and I'm still really impressed about it !
I could write more about it but that not the point here.

I wish they make the Dragonfly 3 built like the Native or at least like the Delica/Endura. (Skeltonized!?)

This would I think really improve the FRN models.
May it's already in Spyderco drawers.

My favorite LBK's are the Urban LW and the Native5 LW.
Also really appreciate the Dragonfly and the Techno so I can't exactly vote for a country.. ;)
(I should also try the fob on my Manbug)

I don't understand the phrase to begin with; "little big knife." I know it's an intentional oxymoron, but it does not make sense. There is no 2" blade that can do what a 4" blade can. If I'm cutting up lots of cardboard, as one example, I will use my bare hands before I use a wee-wee knife.
"We have more metal parts fail than plastic parts. Modern plastics are tough. 'Feeling cheap' may be a false perception and one might need more education. We rarely get a FRN knife back with handle problems and we have millions of them out in daily use. " --Sal Glesser

Yes, I also didn't answer about a country, but a model.
If I had to choose a country I'll Vote Italy and USA. I really like the finish of the Pingo, Urban & Native 5 !
So completely different as I vote for Dragonfly, Manbug, ...

Try an ARK or outside of Spyderco an Izula or Candida from Esee. Enuff is a good knife though.

Whichever, the smallest fixed blade Esee makes

Your opinion, your choice. I am also a big knife fan but the last two times I broke down boxes all I happened to have on me was my SB Dragonfly 2.

Didn't have any issues and in no way felt like I didn't have enough knife for the job. It is my opinion if the knife is sharp and you can geta good full grip on it that it will work fine.
