My girlfriend knows how excited i get when a new toy arrives, so she held up what i celebrate as the country celebrated in tandem for victoria day. Someone to share your simple pleasures is a treasure, and i celebrate her more than anything else.

This is my Para-Military2. It' s been carried and used almost daily for nearly 3 years now and has always been on my side. I nearly feel bad every time I buy a new knife, knowing that this one will knock it out of my pocket after a couple of days. The Collector' s Club #100 makes it unique and I think it' s needless to say, I' ve found my be-all end-all-knife.

Small enough to be carried all the time, large enough to cope with most cutting tasks, inconspicuous yet comfortable to handle : the Dragonfly is the knife I use the most. One of the best designed LBK ever made!
This is my SE Stretch. It's my main EDC and go-to hiking knife. The SE-FFG combination will cut through anything, and the ergonomics are fantastic. This picture was taken in Norway.

In keeping with tradition, I will be submitting the same photo for FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW (!)-- a shot I took years ago of my Chinook III on a metal background. I just love this photo, and I hope it makes the calendar eventually! Some might say I should just give up, but, this is too much fun!
When I first discovered the Spyderco Bi-Fold, it was love at first sight. There was something intriguing about this unique little folder that piqued my curiosity. After I waited several years trying to find one, my darling wife surprised me with this new-in-box Bi-Fold on July 4th, 2013—our 5th year wedding anniversary. When I held this knife for the first time, it struck me that the Bi-Fold looked like half of a butterfly. When I held the knife against a mirror outside—voilà! The “butterfly effect” appeared before my eyes!

Here is my WTC. It's used. I still carry it at least once a year. The background is a folded American flag. I also used 2 Chokwes to emulate the towers. The knife is also resting on the display box that came with the knife.

Everyone has a few things that will accompany him for a lifetime.
For me two of these are my alltime favorite spydie, the Calypso jr., and my favorite sweets, the german gummy bear.
