Tom recommended sanding the G-10 to final shape with a rough grit belt. 60-80 grit. This is so you don't burn the G-10. Once you are close to final shape, work your way up to 600 grit then buff it out with White compound. Use WD-40 to keep it clean. Buffing this stuff can become a nightmare. The orange G-10 shows dirt very well if you have a dirty buffing wheel! His advice worked great!

I have some G10, just haven't got to use it yet, so many pretty woods, so little time.
