My new Smock arrived arrived today & I must say Taichung is so on point these days, OMG just awesome. (all my recent Sage additions have been amazing as well)

It’s like silk. The aluminum is smooth but grips. The blade looks amazing. The action is flawless. It has a sophisticated but utilitarian look and feel. It might not steal the work from my 15v para 3 but it will go with me to every nice attire engagement. It has a John Wick touch I just can’t say no to. It also made me smile as soon as I opened the box.

First "out in the woods" - experience with K390 for me..

The Endela SE (in VG10) is a very familiar and well loved option for me, and so this is all about the new-to-me steel.

Can't say too much yet... just that I did a lot of random whittling, notch making, feathersticks and so on and the knife is still as sharp as it came out of the box.
I doubt that this would have been the case with VG10..

If it's regular G-10 you'll get my cash straight away. I just can't do that smooth G-10. Been waiting for a new version of this knife!
