good eye. tilting the knife 45 degrees instead of being perpendicular to the cardboard makes it so much easier.PStone wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2024 7:15 amNice cuts! That is a knife skill that I didn’t learn until about a year or so ago.
Cutting cardboard on the bias makes such a difference. Less binding and even a thicker stock can feel like a laser.
But I bet that Catcherman absolutely zips through with its thin stock and skilled user behind the wheel.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

I bought this one the moment it was available here in Europe and it has not left my pocket since! For me its probably the ultimate Manix 2. The cruwear blade is amazing in keeping an edge and the Micarta is the first and only handle material spyderco used i truly love as its transformation process amazes me every day.

Very cool knife, love mine! I’m struggling holding off on the new Knifeworks exclusive 204P. If it was that Green with Cru-wear it would already be here!apollo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 4:19 am

That knifeworks exclusive is indeed a looker. But i am also not a big fan off 204p. Not that i have anything against it. But it does not seem much better then good old S30v for me personally.benben wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 5:04 amVery cool knife, love mine! Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Now that's my kind of load out!
I've almost bought a yellow Scurfa so many times I've lost track. But I know I already have too many watches, so that keep holding me back :)
My full frame rig is a D700 with battery grip. I love the camera, despite it's age. There is just something about that sensor. It is quite the commitment to carry though.
The N5 Salt is my most carried non-EDC knife. Such a good allrounder.
