The next run of "Swicks" will be 500 pieces and will be sold through SFO only. No sheaths or handles will be provided. It's a follow up run due to requests.

I know that Mike Sastre and Scott Gere both make sheaths and both can provide Spyderco's G-clips. there are also others making sheaths like Eric N.

There are also a few making handles as well.

We have a prototype for a Dyad2, Dual RIL VG-10. We put it on hold because of the high cost. MSRP would be $300. It's a very nice piece, but I'm afraid we'd have a hard time selling them.

We're going to show it at the SHOT show for reaction.

We can make any knife that we make in Golden in S90V.

Probably the new Native4 FRN would be the best value. The mold is still in the design stage, maybe later in the year?

Excellent find, Roman. I hope the Native IV FRN has a more rounded choil than the Native C41. I don't like the FRN section of the choil being flat.

The Native 4 FRN is deff one that I am looking forward to.

I hope it does end up with CPM S30v Steel. I hope it also has blade jimping.

The black handle version will be VG-10, the night sky blue version will sport the ZDP blade.

That is awesome news I have been wanting a more affordable version of the Stretch. I really like the look of the model but I try to set a limit of $100 on a knife. Now if we could just see the same treatment with the Superhawk that would be awesome. These are 2 knives I have started to like the more I look at them and really wish I could afford them.

Regarding the Manix 2:

Eric has a concept model that we'll show at the SHOT show. He's been refining details for months. It's actually an impressive piece, (makes a dad proud).

He and the factory are working out mfg costs, and the possibility of a lower cost version.

Technically, there are only 3 UK Pen knives; black, orange and foliage green, plain edge.

However, the model did spawn the DK Pen Knife, the Caly3 and the Urban.

We are beginning production on a lamsfoot serrated (Rescue) version. We are also planning a UK with a blade shape like the Stretch2 (also prompted by BB).
