Of cause. This is why The Forum knives are so important for me. They are part of the Forum.

Yep, Roman is a GENIUS! He recognized the N5 for the brilliant design it is before most. Hey, I got there... eventually ;)

Only to FFG Natives :) Trust me I love all my Spyderco Forum knives.

Ken,
I just bought Native5 sooner than you.
Now, it looks like we completely derail this thread. Sorry. Apologies.
I cannot wait for this para as well. Dark green is the best color and who would argue with 204P????
I tell you, KW treat us with very nice exclusives. I hope that they will make more Golden models in this configuration: dark green G10 (I would love to see at least one knife in smooth dark green G10 like Lil T) and top notch carpenter steel.
"People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf"

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

To those who paid a deposit (like me) will we get an email when we have to pay up the rest?

I would say yes, or a phone call. I only paid mine off so when they come in, they just ship it with no delays caused by me.

On one of the previous pre-orders, they were calling and saying that they don't keep credit information for longer than 3 months or something. So, I expect them to call and request that information.

They told me on the phone yesterday that they still had my card on file from 2/17/12 pre-order. I am sure they still call or email to verify that is the card you intend to use or that it is still current.

They still had my credit card on file, but of course it was past the exp. date on the card and I had received an updated card from my credit card company (with different CVC number). I called them and made sure they updated their info to the new card, and they will charge it when the knives are ready to ship.
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)

I guess it just depends on who you talk to cause the person I talked to told me I couldn't pay it up front; I could only pay when they ship. I would love to pay it up front so I don't spend the money :p

It might depend where you are on the list. I'd imagine if you're high enough your knife would ship with the first batch they received.

Guess it's time to call and pay off the remainder, or update card info if possible.

Placed my order on 2/16/2012 at 1600 hrs.

Maybe you should try to call back. I spoke with a young (sounding) woman.

Agreed. I made my original deposit via Paypal, so I called up a couple of weeks ago and gave them my credit card so they could charge it when they ship the knife. They are very pleasant to talk with on the phone.

Agreed. I was able to have a 10 minute conversation about their cruise fiasco.
