IMO, Spyderco makes the best tactical folder around. Definitely keep the Gunting and Gunting Drone.

I would like to see both the Delica c11bk and the Endura c10bk made with either CPM440V (S60V) or CPM (S30V). I think these two steels are great. Dave I

Sal,
I was just fantasizing about how I'd enjoy a Native with a bit longer blade. Perhaps 3.75 inches, or even 4 inchs.

The current 3 1/8 inches is nice, but I yearn for just a tad more blade length.

Dump these:
C11 TR, C13PS, C17PSBK, C36's, C66's C69'S, C71's, C72's, FB04, T01, and C12S. Do not, ever, under any circumstances, D/C the C07S. You could also dump the C10 and C11 unless the blade steel is updated. I'd also vote to bring back the Starmate.

Its all fun and games til somebody loses an eye, then its fun and games you can't see.

Well, I cannot comment on all that are listed. But I can on the ones that I own or have handled before.
Well to start, The Harpy & Merlin's are nice knives, I prefer the larger Spyderhawk. I have small hands & the larger one just fits better to me.
The Matriarch can go.
The Pro-Grip FRN can definately go. I really hate knives that don't have an adjustable tension screw on them...they look cheap...but hey they still work just my opinion.
The LadyBugs should go. The Jester is easier to open & close one handed & the handle is much better. While I prefer the blade on the LadyBug....I would still say that they have to go.
The knives that I really like are:
Well, my Fred Perrin knife rules! Absolutely love the handle with the ridges on the top of the handle (wish more knives were just like this!) & the blade is a perfect size!
C14SBL is another great knife. I use mine quite a bit & it really holds an edge. However, most people I show it to dislike it for some reason. They think that it is ugly & they don't like the blade. I think that the blade is the best I have come across. I really like the fact the most is serrated which I need & the last inch is straight which I use as well.
My Kiwi is nice, it never opened or closed properly when I bought it new (bummer!) but I will get around to sending it in to have it fixed.
The Civilian is only used when I have to work in bad neighborhoods & it does a great job at keeping people away once they see it!
The Military is a very good knife. I am not a fan of the closer on it, but hey....you can't please everybody.
The Native is another fabulous knife. The deep finger choils (spelling?) are really nice for handling but I wish that it was a little bigger for me with a bigger blade.
The Meerkat I really hated! When I received my WTC knife, I open it & I couldn't get the darn ting closed for 2 hours! I finally figured it out, but it hasn't been out of the box since.
The Salsa...well. I had both versions & I prefer the regular version over the Titanium.
The Pride is alright, but I just leave it in my display cabinet. I won't ever carry it.
The Jester is always on my keychain, but I wish that the blade was more like the LadyBugs with a pointed tip.
The Spydersaw looks terrible! I really hate the old looking plastic belt clip on it!!! The overall look of the knife to me screams cheap! But man-oman does that blade saw through things!
My kitchen Utility knife is flat out awesome! I loved it so much that I keep 2 at the house & gave 2 to my brother, 1 to the in-law, one to a cousin, & one to my sister-in-law. They absolutell love them!
My suggestion would be to sell a set of the "steak" knives in either 4 or 6 pieces.
I know that I would buy them!!
The older rescue knives should get the axe.
Another thing for you....I hate to bring bad news, but I really hate the opener/closer on my WTC knife! It is a real beach to do it. I have small hands, I would hate to try to have someone with big hands try to open & close it.
Everything else, I cannot comment on because I haven't played with them.
But I hope that what I stated here helps.

Just my two roubles...
Pehaps it worth time to make some order among sub 3" category. As for me nearly all of them look same.
"Tools" -- Spyderench and Saw don't appear to be favored. "You may go, guys"?
Maybe there is some sence in changing SS to gomething more "grippy".
KEEP ENDURA!!! Absolute must. Endura FRN appears to be your most popular knife in Russia.
