I found it posted on The Canadian knife and gear Facebook page. The OP said she will have hers sometime in august, after that the general public. She wasn't very forthcoming with info unfortunately.

Now for the bad news. She's saying that it will retail for $330 USD. I'm hoping she's wrong, or confused or something about the price. That seems ridiculously high.

That is way more than KW's price on the carbon fiber S90V Yojimbo. The KW's exclusive moved slow so I would say that at $330 they will move at a rate that is best described as glacial. I am guessing that if $330 is correct that it is msrp.

I don't like coated blades but I am sure gonna try to find someone to trade some black scales for those brown scales when these start dropping. I like the brown and assume that a lot of folks want a blacked out Yo.

I think that everyone who wants one will be able to get one. The last ones sold slow. If they sell out fast hopefully they will order more.

$200 is about the very top end for me on that one. The CS s90v Manix LW was $119 shipped.
Hoping there is more info coming soon.
