i believe that would be Deacon :)

I'm pretty sure the "over 500" would be either The Deacon or Doc Snubnose. The Deacon has over 250 Kiwi's alone I think, from his website. And I think Doc Snubnose carries about that many on his person every day! :D OK, I think I remember him posting he usually carries a dozen at a time, including the Rock Salt. But he is trained in using blades for self defense. Me, best I can hope for is to accidentally fall on my attacker and squish him :) .

Paul, just curious but with over 500 knives, do you keep insurance on those? I never really thought about insurance for knives, but wow that's a LOT and i imagine there's quite a bit of money invested so property insurance would be a good idea.

LOL yeah, it would be pretty hard to explain...i wonder exactly how you would go about doing something like that? I'm sure many of his knives are old/out of production and worth much more than MSRP at this point. You would probably have to have something like that appraised first.
