I'd say so, seeing how BBS did the M4 Manix and the Blue PM2, maybe that's where the rumor came from.
I really wanna give M4 a try, and the Paramilitary couldn't be a better platform.

Looks like BBS is getting/doing another run of these... They have the pre-order for it back on their site.
