I carry a small pry bar most of the time. I think it is about a billion times better than any folding knife for digging, prying, or picking, and get this...it cost 4 bucks! Why someone wants to select a more expensive and poorly suited tool for these jobs is a mystery to me.
Right on, me too. Wondering if we carry the same type. The type I prefer goes by a few different names; glass slip, beekeeper's tool, and molding chisel. It has a 90* bend, and is flared wider on each end. Neither end has a nail puller, so just nice straight edges that I keep nice and sharp. It's an awesome scraper. I've given one to all my friends, and they all use them very regularly, which is gratifying. :)

I heard that Spyderco may be coming out with a Millie in M4, so I'm trying to wait patiently. I just got a Stretch though, and I'm wondering if the tips on Stretches and Millies are about the same thickness and strength. My Stretch is FG ZDP, and is pretty thin by my standards as well. Certainly not criticizing it at all, and I'm sure it will be one heck of a slicing machine. Just wondering, thanks.

I'd say the Military's tip is more acute, but the Stretch's is thinner. Military is on top, judge for yourself...
