Wow, Tonydahose, you are a lucky man--both because of your collection and (even more so) your understanding wife.

My guess is $29,100.

btw, Clawhammer made me LOL!

$21,617.19, which is a little more than I've spent. ;)

I'm sure I would start crying if I added up what I have spent on guns or 40 cal rounds for IPSC shoots.

hey everybody i am ending this a lil bit early because my wife came up with a lil impromtu party for grandparents day so i will be busy the rest of the day and into the nite. all the grandparents are coming over and much to the delight of my lil guy we are going to ordering PIZZA, picture a 3 year old screaming that and jumping up and down...lol

ok so here goes. the 2 closest guesses came from David with $17,483 and usmc1371 with $16,444. The spreadsheet has all my spydies and my bryds but the question was for spydies only so i subtracted $63.15 from $17,085.08 which comes out to $17,021.93. i am not going by The Price Is Right rules, the closest one wins so David please send me your info :) . it is pretty funny that one of the first and last posters were the closest....for all of you that guessed high, i am really a cheapskate so i try to find good deals on my :spyder: s

Lets see 233 knives and Tonys not a cheap guy.....and Spyderco is not a cheap knife....so I'm not taking any cheap shots at this LOL....my guess would be $28,500....that # would seem real and feasible...unless Tony bought most of those knives for under $10.....Not likely.....Doc :D
for all of you that guessed high, i am really a cheapskate so i try to find good deals on my s
See ya think you know someone...and then the truth comes out....by his own admision Tony is a cheapskate....from here on in he will be refered to as TonydaCheapskateHose.....Congrats David, (who probably has the same spreadsheet as Tony, that he has been keeping track of Tony's buys for years now)LOL...Thanks for the fun contest Cheapskate....Now that I have this new information, I'm thinking you could probably just sell the Bryds you own and buy the wife a new car.... :p Doc :D

PS: I should have known...here's a guy who built his swimming pool right next to a fire-hydrant...now how cheap is that!!!!

Holy crap.

Tony, thanks bro. I honestly made my original post in the other thread to help steer that thread off course after Tony asked so nicely. I never thought it would end up like this.

Dude thanks. I really appreciate it. I'll shoot you a PM with my info.

I really hope next time I'm in Chicago we can at least hook up and get something to eat or share a beer. My wife and I love Chicago so we'll be back probably in the next 6 months or so.

God Bless brother!

Congrats David :) and thanks Tonydacheapskate :p I'd hate to tally up my spreadsheet (which I have to update - I'm such a slacker !) and add to that the Aussie exchange rate to mostly USD and hefty postage to get the Spydies out to my hot hands....OUCH !

Anyway, thanks again Tony. BTW: I'd go for the GT500 as well ;)

Tony,

Just the pics I've seen of your car I like a lot. It has a nice sleeper look to it. Plus if I'm not mistaken isn't yours a convertible? Are not convertibles heavier? That makes it even better.

My old favorites are the 1987 Grand Nationals. I just think they are mean looking and most people (that don't know) mistake them for a big family Buick. :)
