I'll say 98. You own the most from Japan and my tie breaker is 400.

Thanks!

Not entering but just wanted to jump in and say thanks to Harry White for the giveaway. I think it's great when people do these kind of things. It's fun for everyone hoping to get a new toy!

Good luck to everybody.

Hi, My guess would be that you have 214 titles and French ones would be the most popular in your collection.
I'll go for 500 for the tie breaker. Cheers for the comp.

Hello again...

I'll say you have 348 movies from Criterion (Didn't know they had so many...!)
And tie breaker is 500...

And thanks for the contest...

Very cool. Thanks for the contest.

I'm guessing 355 movies, mostly from Japan, and tie-breaker of 712.

Don't have a Delica (yet...) ;)

I'd love to add a 4th Spyderco to my collection.

So I'll guess you have
150 movies,
Mostly from USA,
Tiebreaker: 556

I've only seen a couple of films from the Criterion collection, Brazil and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, but I can see why they're in the collection. :D

Bump...

Two and a half days until the contest ends!

Enter! Enter!

Just to be clear, the person closest to question 1 (# of DVD owned) wins. If two people are tied for closest to the actual number (e.g., one is 10 over and one is 10 under, question two is factored in (country most represented by my collection). If both persons picked the same country, the tie-breaker (# from 1 - 1,000) will be used.

No one has hit question 1 on the head yet, so its still wide open!

Another pic of the actual knife to whet your appetite:
