Very interesting-looking knife, with a lot of great features. That handle looks like it'll be great: Ken Onion's curvey handle plus the front-choil that Spyderco uses. I'll pick one up, if it's not a liner lock.

Sir, you have my gratitude. I will have to have at least two of the Crossbills...

I'm loving both the Crossbill and the Flight. I'll get one of each if not more. As for the Skirmish being redesigned to get around Kershaw's Trademark and not Spyderco's I believe that making it more than one hole gets them around Spyderco's Trademark although rather weakly in my opinion.

Crossbill? I would have bet that it would be called "Toucan" :D

The Onion collaboration is not really my cup of tea. Until now Spyderco has produced knives with very useful blade shapes but I can't see any sense in this kind of shape.

Of course, if this thing is out and somebody who buys it convinces me that it actually makes sense and that it is in fact useful I will consider myself as being wrong....

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers, Rob

I think it's the equivalent of a combo edge but the combo this time is straight edge and recurve. You get the usefulness of the straight edge up font with the extra pulling power of the recirve at the back (cutting rope etc).

Not my favorite Spyderco knife as far as looks go though.
Manix has me spoiled.

Those new Byrds are too good looking (if I may say so), they should have been spydies. :)
