I'm surprised that all respondees talked about their jobs or their works. Working is hardly living for most people. Or is English a peculiar language? I live training muaythai, pedal my bicycle, play with my rottweilers, and been there done that to entertain my life. However, I am green in knives, and am interested in learning blade martial craft. Not for self defense, since I 'm more into using my sense. Just to be knowledgeable when I shoot bull.

sportmuaythai,

English can be a very confusing language.

"What do you do for a living?" basically means "how do you earn money to live?" or "what is your job", etc.

hehe, well, the joke's on me then :-)

My only (weak) defense is that I was trying to play a video game on one PC while reading the forums on another.

I wasn't doing very well at either... So much for multitasking.

I work for my father at our commercial truck dealership/repair shop. I'm a salesman there and often I'm doing odd jobs in the repair shop, where my Harpy comes in handy quite often.
