of course, and only just my opinion but, I think the real Franchise player for the Cowboys is Zeke.

Yeah I would have taken ZEKE ELLIOT over Dak any day of the week. Last season I didn't see much out of Dak that I didn't think another good QB could have done just as efficiently. I bet they could have got a deal with Cam Newton for half of what they're going to pay Dak.

The Cowboys are in the driver's seat as it is now that they have a real coach. They better hope they can keep Amari Cooper>> because what good is a QB if you don't have anyone that can catch his passes. I bet McCarthy is going to really use ZEKE like he's not been used before.

Zeke already got paid. Now it's Dak's turn. The Cowboys already drafted Amari's eventual replacement with CeeDee Lamb. Zeke's contract makes it easy to get rid of him once he starts physically breaking down from sooooo many carries. The Cowboys biggest problem is defense. That's where my worries lie. Now that Marinelli is gone I have hope for the defense. His scheme and philosophy was trash. "we don't disguise our coverages, we'll show them what we're doing and it's up to the other team to beat us" WTF?

Yup. I'm just sayin that for now as things are Zeke is the most valuable player the Cowboys have.

Believe me the Boys have a new coach now>> a real coach at that. Why the bozos held on to Jason Garrett as long as they did was stupidity taken to another dimension  . That was their biggest problem by far. In this upcoming season ( if we have one  ) there will be a good defense>> there will be a good running game>> and they can do it without Dak if he get's too greedy. I'm just saying that they have a lot more going for them now than they did a year ago. The team isn't as dependent on Dak as some teams are with their QB. I bet Garrett doesn't last even a year in the Giant's organization.

I'm kind of shocked but at the same time, I'm not. Belichick is consistently unpredictable.

On one hand, I'm absolutely stoked that the Patriots signed Cam Newton but on the other hand, I'm a little disappointed that we may not get to see Jarrett Stidham start this season. Regardless, having a QB as talented as Cam is definitely a bit more reassuring going into this upcoming season.

Also, saw a tweet that I found funny. :D

If Cam Newton can avoid another injury they will probably get some decent production from him. I've always considered him an above average QB but not great by any means. But you don't always need a Joe Montana, Roger Staubach type QB to win a Superbowl. The 85 Bears and the 2000 Ravens both did it with mediocre QBs.

I still haven't heard anything about Chris Jones as to whether he signed with the Chiefs. It's not looking good for the Chiefs the longer it takes. But the Chiefs have such a great roster as it is I do think they could pull it off again without him. But I would much rather see him stay here in KC.

Newton to the Patriots is a good move for both Newton and the Team. I think we will see what Newton really can or cannot do, now.
