Just got mine in today from KW and it didn't have the usual Edge-u-cation paper, just knife in the baggie. Kinda annoying but at least I still got my hunk of S90V :D

Awesome thanks! Looks like there were no trade secrets or hidden maps and codes one it so I'm not missing much, but I thought it was strange, I've never had a Spydie come without it before. I'm just glad I got the important sharp bit :p

You guys are killing me with these pictures, but I'm _almost_ determined to put the next big chunk of $$ into a sharpening system.

About the knives w/o Edge-u-cation sheets, I've gotten 2 or 3 knives without them from various places. The knives seemed fine, but I thought they should have put in the sheets in case anybody wanted to resell with "all papers" etc. I could see running out of the printed ones, but surely some could be xeroxed. I once saw some, just the sheets, being sold on the bay (not from the current knife in question); could some pilfering be going on?

I did not get an edge-u-cation paper with my knife, so I called Spyderco. They are mailing it to me directly.It took about 5 min to call.

The product page for the Yo 2 says "Late in 2014".

I hope they changed it from saying Late in 2013 to 2014 and forgot to change the Late part.

500 out of 800 sold already. Not bad at all. I thought about passing and hoped that all of them would be sold out right away. It is getting harder and not to buy one.

Too much money already spent in November-December.
