😻 amazing. Really Appreciate all this info thank you!!!

You are welcome, but Vivi knows a lot more about the model (and as said sharpening it and generally) than I do.

Here is a thread he started about the Pac Salt you could work through... ;) viewtopic.php?f=2&t=91299
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

That a Siren or Sliverax? Always get them sorta mixed up. I’ve been eyeing out a Siren for a while now hmm
Siren. Really fantastic EDC. Make sure you’re not getting old stock if you look for one. It’s been CQI’d for a lock pop-up issue.

Those 2 do have similar lines closed. Look at the lock for a cue to tell them apart…and the Sliverax will have a flipper tab as well. :bug-red-white

New work knife. Scored it for under $50. Cleaned it out, lubed the pivot, tightened all the hardware and gave it a quick edge using diamond rods at 40 degrees.

The tip is gonna need some work but the action is super smooth, great lock up, spotless clip, fresh grippy scales and factory edge. Not bad for $47!
Very nice! So the pacific salt looks just like the Endura Blade?! Is it the endura? I’m interested to see how often you have to re sharpen that H1
Wartstein gave you great advice , the thread will give you a great insight about the Pacific Salt and sharpening. Thanks to vivi it is one of my most favorite knives . MG2

dude. it was a rough week. i'm definitely buying a lil native slipit and/or a ukpk salt to have for when i need to travel for europe or the freedom-hating states in the us. i have knives small enough, but they all lock. this was my first time traveling to europe ever, so i never had to worry about the locking issue. also, (not that i expect nonsensical laws to be logically coherent) why in the world are you allowed to carry a concealed fixed blade, but not a locking folder?! what moron comes up with this stuff?

LB93, this is ridiculous. I think jet lag may have gotten to you. If you wear long enough socks, even with sandals, you get get at least 4 in the sock going around your leg. Assuming you have two legs, that is 8 knives. If you are fortunate to own pants with a waist band and God Willing some pockets, then the rest of your collection could fit there. Fill the pockets then the waist band, but socks first. Always socks first.

May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

Alright, as much as I don't want to concede the sock first motto, you may have found a better way. Carry on and carry many.

Seriously though, I don't have a Caribbean, but it is one of those models that could be anyone's "only one."

i like to carry a pe and a se salt at the very least usually. if i want to carry only one, it will be a stainless se model. the rockjumper could easily be my only carry as well, but i don't have one because it's very similar to my caribbean (not really, but for my usage it's similar).
