... which of course are the mountains... :D
Just kidding, but it's great there too, not only in salty enviroments.
Actually the Pac Salt is not "in my pocket today" and the pic from last fall, but it just fits here.
That is a great shot! And I agree, their home is in the mountains, or on the beach, or anywhere where they're being used and sharpened and loved. I'm enjoying all the Salt enthusiasm lately :)
I keep debating on this one or trying for that Jester. Bet that Manbug is a mean little cutter.
Thanks! Today a Lil Native in my pocket :spyder:
did you veff a spyderhawk?! that thing must chew like crazy!
i've always thought these serrations looked cool and would be super aggressive. i suppose it depends on what you have to cut, whether they would be more or less effective. i imagine they are more snaggy than spyderco serrations.
They only cut on the pull where as SE blades can cut in a sawing motion. I don't know yet but I think SE would cut longer too. Time will tell. I think when they dull they will definitely snag.ladybug93 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 21, 2021 1:49 pmi've always thought these serrations looked cool and would be super aggressive. i suppose it depends on what you have to cut, whether they would be more or less effective. i imagine they are more snaggy than spyderco serrations.
I have Manbugs in ZDP-189, V-Toku 2, HAP40, and now the VG10/TiCN Wharnie (a couple of Ladybugs too). I always have one in the bottom of my pocket. So I like changing them out. I think this little Wharnie may bump the others for awhile.
Nice pic! :)
I gotta ask... Is it common for people to trip and fall and accidentally roll down the mountainside where you live? Serious question.Wartstein wrote: ↑Tue Jul 20, 2021 11:35 pm
