MY K390 Endura helped me make a tomato and mozzarella sandwich for lunch today.
I'm finding K390 does take a patina, but it definitely seems to resist getting dark compared to the simpler carbon steels.

Interesting,,, HAP-40 with grey scales,,, initially thought it was the early Super Blue.
Never did care for the burnt orange factory scales on my HAP-40 collection.
