Should be receiving my first ever Spyderco/high quality in general knife sometime tomorrow! I did quite a bit of research and landed on the black G10 Manix 2 with a plain edge S30V blade. I was tempted by the "blurple", but thought I might already have my hands full learning how to sharpen on this one and decided to work up to the S110V.

Congratulations!! I don't have a Manix yet but I will someday, enjoy your knife & welcome.

Ya, I sold the first one I bought because I just wasn't into it. Everyone singing praises convinced me that I missed something so I bought another, only to sell it shortly after.

In a couple days I'm flying out with a carry-on only (a week without a knife, :eek: )... I was shipping an Amazon order to the destination anyway, so I threw in a Delica. Figured by the end of the week I should know for sure where we stand.

Just ordered a positron. It took a while to decide on it as I wasnt really looking for another knife with a S30V blade but I like Brad Southards designs and the carbon fiber handle. Looking forward to this bad boy arriving.

The Centofante C25 I'd given up as lost in the mail.....
3 days from the US to London- 2 months to get up the M40 to my front door, with a £19 demand for Money With Menaces from HMRC.

And to celebrate the Lost Centofante being found.....Just scored a lightly used left-handed Police model. For £70. :D

I've just bought a Chaparral in Titanium with the diamond shapes on the scales, can't wait to see what it looks like in the flesh. Probably wont get it for a few weeks though as it's coming from the states.

Wow, that is a long wait. I'm glad it all worked out! That has never happened to me (yet) and I don't think I would handle it well if it did lol. Here is the UKPK that I ordered from eBay. Collector club member seems to be dumping his collection.
