Next sale is Friday at 12PM PST in Knifemakers Market on BF. Kepharts in Delta 3V and DEK1 in AEBL. The new Basic Field Knives at 2PM PST in their Sub-forum on BF.
Do you know if they'll put them up on their website at the same time? Or is the website just for leftovers after the BF sales?
I have no idea what they will put on the website, I just know that is the latest about the sale on BF this Friday…

Looks like some kepharts are up again!! Thanks Mac!

Well, some more not great news…sounds like they didn’t make a whole lot of the basic field knife because they decided not to sell them on Amazon, so looks like these are going to be very limited!

So the Basic Field Knife (BFK) is slightly longer with less belly then the FK2. And the scales are interchangeable. This just became onto my wishlist for the friday first sale! Wish me luck!

No idea Mac. I’m guessing in the $250-$260 range.

It's on his website guys.
Carothers Performance Knives
Carothersknives.com
I'm unable to do anything on Blase Forums since they revamped their website. It won't work with Yahoo
Atleast not yet anyways
Sorry for butting in Josh.
I shouldve let you answered that.

BLade Forums in their sub forum. I guess they only made 300 of the basic field knives, once their gone they are gone. I imagine they will be making an appearance on the website after the initial fun Friday sale..

They posted several kydex sheaths at good prices. Also, Kepharts are gone.

I just checked Nathan's Site, he still has them listed as in stock for 3v
I guess you were referring to Blade Forums?

Does anyone have any feedback on Carothers AEB-L?

I only have one Carothers and it's in 3v. I'm very pleased with it. I'm wondering how the heat treat on the AEB-L is.

It’s just as good as his 3V brother. My DEK1 is AEBL, I use it to debur copper pipe and it holds up **** near as well as the D3V. It’s a lot easier to sharpen too! Doesn’t hold as edge as long though but it shouldn’t. It’s been great as far as I’m concerned. Nate said somewhere that they did tweak the HT protocol for his AEBL as well.

Kephart in 3v inbound. Considering getting one in AEB-L to compare, but I really want the FK in that.

You guys are total enablers.
