Man that P4 LW is LIGHTWEIGHT! 3oz 4.5" of K390!?!

WC DF2 seems like a home run.

Can't wait to see some Endela comparison pics.

Keeping Seki Busy :)

And a wharnclife dragonfly???

MONEY
:D
Yes, so true: Finally they managed to do what they had to, in order to making me really want a DF... ;) In such a short blade I guess a wharncliff-shape must be great.

That Endela really is all I personally hoped it would be, and NOT what I feared a bit: Truly keeps style and shape of Endura/Delica; good old hour glass- and not a wire clip; no choil, and thus hand close to the edge in a regular grip; keeping that "drop" or "hump" at the tip, making it thus more durable. Great. I hope for some color-choices, blue would be nice... :)

I may have spotted my first Emerson spydie - hoping the waved dfly comes in other colors than black! Production sample looks BRG-ish? But digital colors are always hard to tell...

That would be really cool indeed! But for me more like in (just) "looking cool". Purely from a functional point of view, what I don´t like in that wave version is the sabre grind. I prefer ffg generally, and especially in such a small blade.

Not at all, that would be cool. Loving the Dfly love as well. Now if I can just get them to make a PE hawkbill with a nice tool steel or ZDP my Dragonfly wishlist will be complete :D

Wouter, you’re awesome as usual, bro.

That wharnie Dfly is the coolest thing I’ve seen forever. The Endela and waved Dfly are cool too.
Really need the wharnie, though.
- best wishes, Jazz.

The P4 will be VG-10 as the other blades in the family. I'm also planning a K390 (midnight blue) and ZDP (BRG) versions in time.

Just so everyone is aware, the wharnie Dfly concept is now a couple of years old, having been popularized by Frankie’s Blades AKA Tactical Pterodactyl Knives and Nick Maffei in Bellingham WA who together have produced numerous variants. This is their first pic of one on Instagram dated June 20, 2017 with the hashtag “wharnfly” (their term):

Image

Some of you also might know of Nick’s Tanto lightweight Chapparal mod (CC #127 I believe) - the one that’s dyed dark green. The new owner in Europe has posted pics of it on here semi-recently... Cheers, Radioactive :)

Those Dfly's are both sweet! Any plans for salinating them in the future with H1?? My H1 PE Dfly Salt was my first Spydie and remains a personal favorite. I'm a buyer of pretty much any new H1 (or LC200N) Dfly variant. Still holding on to hope for a blacked out Dfly Salt in H1 PE.

So the Endela and the WC DF2 look amazing. With all of these new variations, will the Seki sprint runs include them all?
