I would whole heartedly welcome a K390 stretch given it wouldn't have a micro chipping or chipping issue.

Thanks, yeah I'm aware of these issues. I am not sure at this point if it will be used for food after all. If so, I'll try to find some mineral oil instead
Petroleum Jelly is better as it is mineral oil that stays on the blade.
