I get tendinitis in my knuckles (typically after playing with my Manix too much - bearing lock is very painful to manipulate with joint problems). My go to carry when I'm having finger iasues is the Sage 1. The liner lock doesn't aggravate my pain further and it is the best balance between size, functionality, and classiness when around non-knife people. Second pick is my Delica since the back lock on that is way smoother than any other back lock Spydies.
Sharp knife / hairless arm.
