Please feel free to share more of your thoughts on this model and your own pics in this thread, that's what it's for! :D
Ok :D

Blade shape is great ! Feel powerfull/strong !
Satin blade is nice, it change.

It's lightweight ! But feel like there is liners !
(Hopefully I'll have in the future one of the G10 version, to compare.)

You can grap it with or without the choil ! (with my hand it feet well)

It's made in Golden, finish is a bit higher.
And for you in the US, made in the USA is an important things !

Closed, the knife look just perfect, as it is !

I may continue later :D

Has the feel and texturing of the FRN handle changed at all from the older line of lightweight Native's?

That's a great question! Certainly seems like an obvious one to do, maybe someone's lining it up for an exclusive... Can you imagine an orange lightweight Native 5 in DLC CTS-XHP from the Cutlery Shoppe dropping next year after their next lightweight Manix 2 in the same configuration?!? I know I can! :D

No worries, thank you for your nice comment. Sorry I didn't respond to your last comment either :( I know a bunch of us had issues with loose screws rattling around and falling out for several of the lightweight models this year, my Forum knife had one that flew out when I opened the box. An email to Spyderco W&R (Charlynn) will help to get the ball rolling on your repair; they might even just send you a body screw so you can replace it yourself. I would hope that it wouldn't require the cost and effort of sending the whole knife back in... Hope that helps! Cheers, Radioactive :)

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian
