Sweet, I was beginning to doubt. :)

It's too bad we don't get a PPT exclusive, also.

Maybe because people would get excited about a knife they won't be aboe to touch for at least a year from now?

I must not have gotten the memo. I thought the whole point of this interest was to sign up for knives that will be delivered in the future then continually post impatient demands for delivery and questions about when they're going to arrive. It's much better to have something to complain about than to actually get a special knife, right?

Im with you on this one.... whats the fun in not having sprints of popular knives? out of the 2 the manix XL seems the more useful but the Yo 2 will be more popular. if at the time of pre-order i can only pick one.... im gonna go for the yo2

im just going off how the market has been. XL has stayed in stock at most places while the yo2 has only been in stock for short times at the same places. both are great knives and just so happen to be in my right front and back left pocket as we speak.

Will the Yojimbo 2 with the CPM-S90V still have the horrid hollow grind?
It was the sole reason why I sold my Yojimbo 2.

The grind on the Yo 2 is horrid? I hadn't heard that. Or are you saying you don't like hollow ground? Preference is fine but I'm not for denigrating features that fall outside my preferences. Hollow ground is a very functional grind. My preference lies with FFG but I have several HG knives I like very much.

Got'cha, thanks. As you said, in my mind the Manix XL is the more generally functional of the two but it's maybe less "unique" than the Yo 2.
