Congrats on the Manix2 Cesar. It's my favorite Spydie and the one that I trust the most. I carry a gun (legally) and there are some places that you can't carry (legally). I always feel safe with my Manix2, just in case. I am waiting on the new translucent version that is lighter, but I know that you said that you were a G10 junkie. I have been debating getting another Manix 2 (black blade). One for self defense only and the other to actually use.
Stay safe.

I just don't understand G10 junkie terminology... Is something about G10 fanboy?

Thanks!

That's exactly what it means.

The Manix2 is my favorite EDC blade - I don't own another folder that locks into my hand as well, and the caged ball bearing lock is fast, fun to play with, and strong. I am pretty sure the 154CM steel is pretty close to Rc60 but am not 100% certain on that. I have the standard 154CM model and the CTS-XHP model and while I carry the XHP model more (due to weight, performance and cool factor) I trust the standard 154CM model just as much and probably more if I were to be in a position where I had to do something abusive like digging or prying.
