Someone else lost my first :spyder: - got drunk at a party and came back without it :(

OTOH, it was an FRN Dragonfly and I just won one on the forum here so unlike the many other spydies that others have stolen or misplaced, this one came back to me, in a sense :)

I'd be at peace with the loss if I knew it went to someone who knew what it was and would take care of it just as I did. This is the knife that got me back into knives. This was also the first knife I paid over a hundred dollars for and when I got it in my hand I knew why. Hopefully I'll be able to get another...

**** all of my :spyder: are "M.I.A." around my house. I also missplaced my Voyager today.

I lost the very first spyderco I ever owned. It was an old Dragonfly that I'd had for close to 10 years.. :( I was on a motorcycle, enjoying a really great ride on a twisty road.. When I got to my destination 3 hours later, the knife was no longer clipped to my pocket. Gone. I came home and immediately ordered a replacement. It was nice to replace the old Aus-8 model with a VG-10 version but it still sucks.

That knife had been a gift and I felt terrible for losing it. I know the feeling and I hate it!

Condolences.
Too many Spydies to list!
