Production hands down manix 2. Sprint Ti/G-10 M4 millie. out of production definitely the chinook 1 and 2. Original manix as well. The superhawk also out of production. The superleaf just realesed. I'll also throw in the full ti millie. From personal experiece though, including actual door stabbing. The manix 2 is pretty tough.

For tough I would think you want a full length solid tang, Mules are good because of the shorter blade, but the Temp2 is my favorite.

In a folder I'd go with a Bradley first, Manix 2 second out of what I have.

I'd say the Spyderco C95 Manix is the toughest as well as practical at the same time.

A very close second, in my opinion, would be the Spyderco Ti Military.
