Spyderco flipper!

Perhaps after this legal battle is behind us can spyderco toy with incorporating a flipper to some knife design, but if not, it's perfectly understandable. I like them all ways (knives that is), flipper, thumb stud, thumb hole, disc (Emerson type).

I know now would be the worst time to introduce a flipper with the pending legal battle going on about the customs ruling. I posted this thread to encourage discussion. Seems like we have a good number of folks that wouldn't mind seeing a flipper, but also a good number of people that would prefer not to see one from Spyderco.

My OD-1 opens faster then any Spyderco I have owned, even if spydie dropped. That being said, besides self defence, there really isn't a need to open a knife that fast. I like it because it's fun to play with, however it is also hard to open in front of people because it flies open so fast.
