Mine would definitely be Delica, but that is the only spydie model I've ever owned so I'm not sure if I would like another one better or not. I just don't see how a knife could be better than the Delica. Unfortunately, I broke the blades in both my D's and have not been able to find a replacement locally and get outbid on Ebay all the time. I have purchased an Endura though and when it gets here I'll see if I like it better.

Endura`s are very nice and so are the delicas.I have purchased from ebay before and they do have the buy it now option and you won`t have to worry about being outbid. Walmart also has the delica online only where you can buy it online. "May the force be with you"

Didn't hurt it one bit.
There's a reason this model has been around this long... can take one **** of a beating with little more than a scuff mark. The worst thing that happened to mine was tearing up the frn around the clip and it just meant getting leather for it.

The right knife for the pants

If I'm wearing slacks, its a PE SS Dragonfly. If jeans, either a PE Tenacious or a BRG CE Goddard. The Goddard is a better knife in many ways, but I really like the ffg and tip down carry on the Tenacious.

Para Black PE, good blade and very functional as a utility knife.

I love the plain edge. I need to get the tenacious, the price is good and it has the g-10 handle, but i am not familiar with the 8CR13MOV steel. How good is it? How does it compared to the VG-10 or is it better than VG-10? "The force is strong with this one"

8etc steel ends up being pretty close to Aus8 (higher nickel and silicon in aus8). Takes a really fine polished edge without too much work and is relatively stain resistant. The only big difference between Aus8 and VG-10 is edge retention... vg-10 will keep that shaving edge for at least a week of work.

8etc will take a nice edge at 40deg to beat on, but don't expect to shave with it after 4-5 days of working with it.

I don't know how many times people have bought a knife after either seeing mine or hearing what I've done to it.

Does your goddard have the ATS-55 blade? And how is it holding up? "May the force be with you"

Right now I'm rotating between three:

Blue PE Dodo
Phoenix
P'Kal

Love them all. The draw open on the P'Kal is just too cool! The fit/finish and strength of the Phoenix are off the charts and the that recurve on the Dodo is an amazing blade. And they all have terrific grips. And they are all Ball locks!

I received a kydex sheath for my Mule and I have been carrying that knife around for a couple days with the sheath on my belt. I also have my Native. Because the Native is perfection.
