Kristi
Exclusive version for Russia, great!
And, one more question: how many such E4 with Sal's signature was made?
Thanks!zenheretic wrote:Glad to hear that.
Nice collection Ann.
Thanks, 224477! Question about law is NOT simple. Some knives (all small and thin knives, all folders but not auto-folders > 90 mm) are tools (household equipment), like scissors, hammers etc. Big non-folding knives may be a hunting weapon - so I can purchase It only if I have papers that I'm a hunter, and a paper that I have hunting gun/rifle. I have it all :rolleyes:224477 wrote:Congrats on the exclusive Ann, one question, whats the law situation for carrying knives in Russia ? Nice collection, btw. :D
As collector I'm interested in the answer too ... and I have some more questions for this special Enduras:Ann wrote:... And, one more question: how many such E4 with Sal's signature was made?
Now, Russia is paradise for knifelovers and knifemakers. Shops, on-line shops, pay-pal, no problem :) And today USD is cheap and oil is expensive, so russian byers rises prises on e-bay and we are favourite klients in american on-line knife shops  A lot of knife fans collects Spyderco (banchmade, kershaw, MOD, microtech&marfione, etc) knives, others collects custom knives  For EDC folders, I prefer :spyder: (this friday "fresh" CF Mili S90V) and small Sebenza. For non-folding knives, I like russian custom knives from our knifemakers, it's perfect :)224477 wrote:Ann,
I recall that generally there were two groups of knives in former CCCP:
household knives and cheap folders made of thin metal which you could legally own
and second military knives, or knives with locks, which were "numbered" and could be owned on a special permission
not sure if this is a correct statement, so I asked how its todays. thanks for your answer, and I believe collecting spyderco is not ordinary in Russia![]()
Feel free to show us some Russian customs. I've glimpsed at some fantastic Russian work, but we don't get to see it very often. :)Ann wrote:Now, Russia is paradise for knifelovers and knifemakers. ............
