Jur, Sal, Eric, Gail & Ed - Thanks for the great show and the gifts! They are much appreciated.
The bushcraft knife was looking & feeling great. I can't wait to try it out in the field and compare it to my Fallkniven F1.
From the whole line, the Wharncliffe Urban and the Balance were my favorites. I would love to see the balance with G-10 on one side, Ti on the locking side and Damasteel for the blade. But, the model as shown will do fine as well. (but please keep the scales as thick as they are, and not as thin as the SS cricket).
Hope to see you next year in A'Dam or the IWA!

Hi There,
A great thank you to Jur,Sal,Gail,Eric and Ed for this nice day in Amsterdam.
It was again a great Spyderco minimeet this time for the Fifth time.
Jur did a great job in organizing this show, and at the end we all got a nice bag with great gifts, thanks for that they are appreciated.
Nice to see and greet al those familiar faces again, the number of visitors is still growing, this is great for Spyderco. :)
Hopefully Wouter will put the pictures online sometime this day, he was quiet busy making those nice shots.
For me the highlights of the show were: the Viele Phoenix, The Urban, the Superhawk and some more.
It's gonna be a pretty expensive Spyder year.
Lets hope that next year we will have the sixt Spyderco minimeet.
kind regards,
Werner

The only good knive is my sharp Spyderco........
i'd also like to thank everyone for this show,
Jur for organizing everything and being a great host,
the Spyderco crew and Ed for sharing their knowledge and being so friendly, it's really special being able to interact with the people on the other side of the product.
it was my first meet but i think i'll come back whenever i can and Amsterdam is such a beautiful city to visit, it's the cherry on top...
