By the way, STR, just curious...why is G-10 dust so harmful? Carcinogen? Irritant? Poison?

Glass shards. Breathing the dust can cut you internally over time where your lungs bleed because the glass fibers cut the cells. But on top of this you are breathing chemicals from the Epoxy used in the process of making G10 along with a host of others. So yes, all the above really. I can work around all kinds of Micarta, woods, and just about any other stuff but the one time I had to go to the ER was the first time I worked G10. It was a tough lesson. One I'll never forget.

Steve, congrats on yet another succesful pimping job on an already great knife. The process for the Kopa looks quite arduous as you point out. This makes me want to leave my Kopa's alone now :P I was actually contemplating 'touching them up' at some time, but looking at your expert work, I think I'd be best leaving it to experienced hands ;)

Cheers for the insights and pics.... Now can you do a titanium Kopa :D
