I'd like to see a power assist Spyderco...any one of them would do...just think a Spyder with one would sell like hot cakes....a little push on the thumb hole and watch the fun begin....Doc :D

A Manix...modified into a Balisong.

Trust me, it would work :D . 4" Leaf blade screams Spyderco Balisong. SS handles with G-10 overlays. If any Bali screams Spyderco, it'd be something like this.

Hmm...off to go play with some CAD ;)

Goddard with a bit beefier handle (thincker), bigger hole, jimping too.
The blade may be either a bit thinnner, or a full grind. PE please.

That's all. :D

The Stretch with inlays of nice wood or stag.
My Stretch has inlays of sperm whale (cachalot) tooth
I like the feeling of natural material so much better than high tech syntetic.

theres not one i would like change but all and i think its been said before

go to torx fasterners on all :spyder: even if just for the pivot mount so its ajustable and even on the SS versions

A Mini Manix the size of a UKPK would be awesome. I like the handle on the Mini better than the UKPK. Then add a low ride clip and you have utter perfection.

You silly people, always trying to make things smaller. How about five and a half inch versions of the Manix and Chinook!

Adjustable pivots on SS handles are a great idea. that would let me import the Kris, Persian, Scorpius, and Kiwi.

Jon Shannow I couldn't agree with you more. The Torx fasteners in my opinion would be superior to the Phillips heads that we have now. I do know that Torx fasteners of that size are available. I have wondered about that quite a bit as to why they elected to use Phillips heads over TORX heads. You can definitely get a better grip on Torx heads which has been my experience. I mean no disrespect with that opinion at all but to simply put it up for consideration. :spyder:

For me, the green Mini Manix I acquired from Rock is my ideal, modified spyder. Green G-10, extra beef on the scales, low rider mode with the clip positioning... It is the dog's bollocks!

I am a lucky guy in that respect!

Sheepsfoot Manix, call it a "Rescue Manix" if you like. Same G-10 Handles, same lock maybe a touch bigger on the Hole. Heck I even like the cpms30v as it takes a great edge and is easy to touch up. Just give the Manix a Sheepsfoot blade, plain edge for me but I could see the niche for a Spyderedge also. This would be one solid rescue knife no doubt.

Or give the Byrd Pelican some G-10 scales whatever is easier.

I think the Caly III will fill my lost void... Either way, I'm simple and woud like the Delica 4 in G10, any color but black would work for me.

I used to say that the Ti ATR handle should be fitted to a Paramillie blade. Now I have a Mini Manix, and the handle is excellent, but I'd love to see it made from Ti with divot holes, Li'l Temp clip and integral compression lock. Not so much a modification but rather a new knife though. :D

There's so much variety in the line-up, I always find something that fits my needs perfectly. Oh wait, lefty Kopa! :D

Police Model with four-way clip, lanyard hole, and waved blade.

+1 on the five-inch blade Manix. And waved.

I would also love to see a non-SS Pelican, Crossbill, and Flight.

Also, while I'm on a roll, make a slightly smaller crossbill without the swedge on top and g-10 of course.

I want a waved Delica in SE, perhaps fully flat-ground.
I want a stronger clip for my Dodo. After using the D4 for a while, I'm convinced that that style clip is just as comfortable and far stronger than the wire clip. A redisigned wire clip would shut me up too.
