Qvar-

Those are cheap shots. Last time I checked, the IRA aren't the only ones in Northern Ireland with blood on their hands. Refresh my memory, but I seem to recall a certain mob hurling abuse at catholic school children trying to go to school in the recent past. There's another side to every story.

In the case of the attacks on NYC- well, I have just returned from NYC, on saturday night, and I saw enough of what happened over there to not particularly want to talk about it. I feel there is a strong distinction between the armed conflict which occured in northern ireland following a quashed civil-rights movement and rabid fanatics crashing planes into buildings 4000 miles + away from their homeland.

Rory

I don't really want to turn this into a political discussion on this forum, feel free to mail me. (I think this forum shows emails?)

Please read the post properly. I said "terrorists everywhere" and never once did I mention the IRA.

And what you describe as an "armed conflict". Terrorists are terrorists are terrorists.
Mr Blair and Mr Adams names were chosen as they represent 2 sides to a coin and of course there are these on both sides who should be condemed.

Apologies to all but sure the topic is off topic <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
