This is a really useful tutorial. I assume all the delica variants are constructed from the same basic parts so you could in theory have a zpd blade with a red handle for instance? or a waved green D4? (when the zpd and green versions come out obviously)

Thanks for a nice assembly guideline. I have a feeling I will need it one of these days.

I wish that you'd write most of the "assembly" instructions that come with everything that I buy.

You have written a well thought out and understandable; step-by-step, DIY'er manual.

Well done!

Great write-up for those looking to take apart their Delica and Endura.

Should be a sticky up top for this.

I followed your instructions exactly, but still ended up with extra pieces. Is that O.K.? :D

Hi Wouter, thanks for the great pics and review. I see they redesigned the lock too (near the "tooth"). Looks to me the blade is a bit broader than at the older Delica - probably because of the enlarged hole.

Heheh, lol! That's ok just send them to me. :D

Just be careful using the knife if you're still left with extra pieces, or Moe Syzlak would soon have plenty reason to comment: "he ain't pretty no mo'". :D
