without a doubt, the JD smith is definitely one of the finest and classiest spydercos ever made. but i'm pretty fond of the micarta handle, JD... in my opinion, it suits the knife perfectly.

the full-sized calypso is such an amazing, SCARY knife... and also one of the classiest spydies ever. it's so aesthetically beautiful that it seems like a sin to even use the thing. yet at the same time, it's crying shame not to! i'd love to see it re-emerge with a titanium handle, or maybe reinforced G10.
