Seems to just be random, my para2 I just got was tree topping out of the box. I have gotten other spydies that wouldn't cut copy paper but this was not one of them.

I have bought a lot of spydercos used, of the 9 or more that I've bought new they were all VERY sharp out of the box.

Should I get mine all out for a dark green photo shoot? Plus, you missed the coolest one - the Forest Green Dragonfly!

Is the halpern Ti forest green the same color as this para? Do you guys know? I am about to order some more mule scales and was wondering. Gonna order the forest green option 5 anyway but was curious.

Got mine today!

As my first PM2, I'm still getting used to the compression lock but the more I play with it, I think we're gonna be good friends.

As if you guys didn't already know what it looks like...

Thank you sir! I love that little guy, third Spydie I ever bought... My only issue with it is that I miffed up the lanyard tube a bit reassembling it after the dye job, and sticks out on one side a little... :(

Glad to see that everyone else is enjoying this second round of the mean green PM2!

Has anyone compared the G-10 texture and smoothness on this batch vs. the first?

I can't speak to that exact comparison but I will definitely say that it is grippier than the G10 on my Cruwear Military. Quite grippy indeed.

I didn't do a side by side comparison but it looked the same to me. They're both relatively fine-pattern peel-ply.

The green is 2x more grippy than the G10 on my satin one pictured above.
