Everyone here that is buying two? Why? Are you going to use them both? Or is one to sell or what? No hate, just curious?

Two in the hand is better than one in the bush. I will not use both, one will be a user and the second will be saved, either as a backup if I fall in love with it, or it will be returned to the market later.

As someone who has built a collection of Carbon Fiber limited production runs, many on the secondary market at a significant premium, it is my way of giving back to the community :p

That was easy. In and out by 8:03am.

Not a big fan of the ball lock, but I do like big handles and S90V.

Just got one, so don't blame me. :D

One for each hand :D . Had no problems ordering at 9:27 AM EST; in-and-out in under 3 min. Will pass on the S90V Yo2 though-I think its just butt-ugly. Also I have zero knife SD skills and probably end up cutting myself with it. I can use other tools for SD, but am generally laid-back and avoid the need for such skills.

I agree it is one of the less attractive of the Spydie lineup, but you should really try one in hand for daily chores. It will surprise you, I should know.

Originally I was thinking that they meant they had 100 preorders that they were taking today, but now that I read that again, maybe they aren't really saying how many preorders they are taking, just letting us know that 100 of those in fact will be available to ship on Wed.?

For me leaf shape is the most attractive of the line up, the military type of blade shape is second. Then I like the XL a lot better than Manix 2, I like bigger blades in general.
So Manix 2 XL in S90V is in a sense a grail knife.

You can buy it now, not sure how many are left in stock. They have only 100 available to sell from the first batch

It says that the first 100 are gone, but you can still pre-order.

Do you know if they charge upfront or when they ship?

For me most logical would be to set the system to sell 100 pieces, and then it goes out of stock. They did not take preorders before, so I hope they don't start bumping people on wait lists now.

If I have the cash at the time, I am definitely buying two Yo 2's. I don't plan to sell or trade the second, it'll be kept NIB for a future replacement. I already know judging by how much I use my current Yo 2, plus how much I like S90V, that it's going to see a butt load of use, and obviously won't be easy to find or cheap in the future.
