Have not posted here, have to catch up.
It's actually been a while since I got any :spyder:

The latest addition was black Salsa. Before that was a couple of ladybugs (blue and black CE).

Still awaiting PE Meerkat.
Decided not to go after older OD Endura, hope one of you guys snapped that one.

Sticking around this forum I regret to notice that my wishlist is growing astonishingly faster than my collection :spyder: list.

Zwaplat, its called the Shabaria. The knife was a collaboration between Spyderco and Eduard Bradichansky.

They're all sweet, Butch!! Glad you now have the Vesuvius in your greedy little hands! :D Nice Walker Proto! I also like the item that you have them posed on- it sure is a super pretty material! PM me if you get the chance- I have a question for you!

it's been a crazy week...

I received knives that totally blew me away... I've never hold any of these in my hands before receiving them (like most of the knives I buy) and I don't know if it does the same to you but there are two categories of knives:
-the one you receive, open the box, play a little and then you put it back in the box after 5 min... it's good knife that will serve you later but you don't feel the need to keep it in your hands, you know...
-and the other category, the knife you can't put down, the knife which exceed your expectations!

and looking at the pic you think it's gonna be the sebbie? **** NO!!!!

Man, this LIL'T is just so goood to hold, open/close, I'm really amazed. 6 months ago, I thought the LIL'T was ugliest knife I've ever seen and promised myself to never buy one. but after reading peoples from this great forum saying that it was among the best spydie ever made, I decided to see by myself and I don't regret it!
I LOVE THIS KNIFE!

quick note on the others:
-I love the sebbie (Small Classic with African Blackwood inlay) too but **** I hate this thumbstud! takes me at least 2 or 3 tries to open it, I feel stupid. with wet hands it's mission impossible :(
SPYDERHOLE IS THE BEST OPENING SYSTEM IN THE FOLDING KNIFE WORLD!!! BAR NONE!
-the Zowada had too strong opponents to catch my attention; I'll have to get back at it...
-THe TI Herbst, I'm happy I found this one at a fair price (for Europe at least ;) )... the number is on the other side of the blade, weird... glass smooth opening and it's not one of the faulty lock so great buy!!!

thanks for reading, here's a reward:

it's been a great week and on saturday I'm off to Switzerland for 1 week of mountain, hope I don't miss too many good deals while I'm away
don't worry I won't forget to take a look at the local knife shops in Switz, maybe a C22 is waiting for me... let me dream... ;)

Hi Guy's,

It has been a while since i posted the last time, but my latest two spydies are:
A blue Dodo pe, and a black Q pe.
I found them last Wednesday in a shop in Eindhoven.
The Q is staying in the collection but the Dodo is a great EDC.

kind regards,

Buferoe

Piet, the Ti Herbst is a collaboration knife between Spyderco and Solingen in Germany that didn't work very good, apparently a lot of them had defective locks and were sold as Seconds... that's all I remember for now and I'm in the middle of packing my stuffs for holydays. more details when I'm back ]http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showt ... p?t=262941[/url]
Sorry to bring back some bad memories Sal ;)

Thanks for the kind words Jaislandboy (hey I can go back in time! I can post an answer before your reply lol :) )
