Doh! I want all the Native Chiefs! Does anyone have a line on a low interest personal bank loan....

I have knives that just arrived, in transit, on hold, on pre-order, OMG!

If I make it through the next few months I'm set.

Big knives just don't seem to sell quickly...unless it's a Shaman, which is "big" but not a long blade.

Well I'm surprised I got one. I wanted a Shaman originally, but couldn't get one.

I hope the chief suits me well enough.

Same here. I laughed at how my frustration at Spyderco with the Shaman availability made me spend more money with them almost immediately. LOL! It was great to see they made plenty of these. Enough to last a good chunk of the day rather than a few minutes. Looking forward to mine! Would gladly trade it for a Shaman tho. LOL

I’ve never had a native chief or shaman until the last couple weeks. I’m not a back lock fan and thought that I wouldn’t like the native chief but if I’m honest, I actually prefer it to the shaman for a typical edc knife. The native chief size is deceiving once it’s in the pocket, it just disappears. The shaman is built like a tank though and has its place, but for me that’s not a daily carry knife for my purposes.

I'm starting to to like the fact I couldn't get a Shaman. If I'm being honest, my most used hard use knife is a 15 dollar utility knife from home depot.

Having a slicy knife in Rex 45 is better for me. Good for most things I'll need a knife for and has a much better steel than S30V. I've never had much luck with S30V. It dulls too quickly for me.
