INFRNL wrote:looks sweet. This knife grows on me the more I look at it. I might have to pick one up before all the stock is gone. They appear to only have 63 left online, but I know there are some floating around on fleabay for crazy prices. I think Jons listing is the only reasonable one right now.
Just makes it tough when I am after some other hard to find at reasonable price spydies as well. I do need one to play with while my Tan/m4 is getting fixed in Golden. Had some issues with another Sprint.
Actually there are a little more than 70 of them left. I think quite a few people don't know these exist.

Thanks, I was trying to keep track on your site. Today it said 48. I plan to pick one up before they run out. :)

? The software I am using doesn't show how many are in stock ? I wish it did.

I am confused. Where are you looking?

On some sites you can put in a qty of say 100 and it will correct it to avail qty's.
I did this on your site and it said 6x last week or so. I have been watching everyday and it has now dropped to 48. Thats where I was guessing. If I put in say 70, it changes to what should be avail qty. I just rechecked and now its at 56; thats weird. I put in the qty on the knife listing where it asks qty to add to cart

I will take your word since you know how many you have :)

I see,

I don't have them all up, I keep some back in case there are some issues.

What seems odd is that for two out of three people that order one I get an email first asking if I have any left.

That is weird. You would think they could see on the site that there is still stock. I plan to order one withing the next month. Wehn I place the order; I will probably send you a message asking if you can check the knife to make sure its ok and the blade is pretty well ceneterd withought play or any signs of issues.

I have been on a bad streak lately. I currently have 2 knives in Golden because of blade issues. My Micheal Walker that just came in yesterday is a little far off center as well, but not bad enough that I will send it in.

Keep an eye out for this name Phillip Powilleit, this is me and very unique here in the US. Last name is more popular in Germany. Thanks in advance ;) :)

Indeed. I didn't know these existed until today when I happened to come across this thread. I wanted one of the first run, but missed out. Glad I ordered one of these today :D

I need to start keeping up with the Spyderco forums more often...

I received one in the mail today. My first manix. I was never really a manix2 fan, mostly because they are only "tip up" carry.
Seems to be very solid & well made. The scales were much smoother than I had thought. I was expecting a g-10 feel.

They will glow for a couple hours but it will not hold a super bright glow that long.

I can charge mine at 9 pm and can still see it right before the sun comes up... It's not super bright by then, but it does still glow.

I want one of these but i'm afraid that I will end up not using it. I saw another thread and most recommended keeping it safe rather than edc it. Also I do not really want anymore S30v knives and I have my Tan M4 version.

This knife is very unique but I would almost rather have another exclusive, sprint...something with a different steel

My thoughts as well. I was going to pick up the m4 manix 2 instead of the mOonglow, but I went with an xhp Millie.

It would be cool to own a moonglow but I don't think I would carry it for Edc

The moonglow Manix might not be the best EDC knife, but it is definitely the best ENC night. I use mine quite often as a nightlight.

wouldn't it be cheaper to buy a $1 nightlight :p

I'll give it more thought. I'm with RG02 though; I am getting ready to order the XHP Millie first...need to add a millie to the collection before I get Banned :D

But a nightlight can't open the packaging of your late night snacks. :)
