I found one of these old dried blossoms totally encased in ice. It inspired me as such things always do, to put a knife on it and take a picture. =P

Killer shot, it's shots like this one, Dan's, and Salty's that keeps me from posting pics!
Thank you very much! Sometimes, I get inspired. Sometimes, I just take a knife picture with a cigar or a piece of pizza. :winking-tongue

May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

Haha thanks, that might be a different photo setup in the future then. Although admittedly in the past decade or so I've heavily shifted automotive focuses, moving on and parting with quite a few things to do different things, which I'll save from elaborating on unnecessarily in this thread...

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

If no response, my daughter and I will make a runner up decision and act as judge. Anyone opposed to this? Time of judgement will be 3:00pm ET.

Ahhhhhhh Rival timed out huh???

Well nice selection Mrj, thanks, it was a late submission into a heavy week of entries!

Excellent choice on chronovores shot! That is a wild conglomerate of frozen blob underneath that, and great lighting on the knife/blade itself.

(Saltys photo I think was my fave here for composition)

I agree. Since my daughter’s photo was the one picked I let her help with decision. She said everyone had great ideas. That amber blob I think persuaded her decision. She like the outdoor lighting as well. She said my photo was last place lol. 😝
