I've been using my first folder for a while now, seeing how things are holding up. DC53 seems like it'd like to be harder than 60 HRC but it's still completing task very well, especially with that high flat grind on a 3mm bladestock.

Got to play backyard survivalist and hack up a large branch that fell down. SRK mowed through the smaller branches and chopped up the larger pieces easily. Still was able to slice a paper towel at the end. I keep it at a wide angle around 25°.

Nice. I used my 3V SRK to hack through some fallen branches not too long ago. There was some storm damage on the trails I took one of my last visits to the mountains:
